Business Strategy
Collaborate with Executives, Board Members, Directors regarding long and short term, business objectives and planning. Develop and implement strategies and action plans to support these objectives.

General Business Management
Provide management and technical support for Land Development and Construction organizations – Including:  collaborative development and oversight of operations and cash management plans, provide construction, marketing and sales support and oversight.

Marketing and Sales Operational Oversight
Work with client team members and/or Realtors in various markets to develop and execute on a Marketing and Sales plan which works within budget and delivers plan results.   Includes; marketplace analysis regarding product, specifications, pricing, competition, and local and national economic factors which impact business plan absorption forecasts.  Assist the client team in development and execution of the marketing and sales plan with internal and external resources available.

Homebuilding and Commercial Construction Oversight
Provide leadership and collaborative direction for vertical construction from plan development, bid and buy-out, and purchasing, to construction quality control and safety, budget and schedule management and warranty service oversight.

Financial Oversight
Financial Planning including Monthly financial statement review, budgeting and planning, assist in financing needs and cash management. Banking relationship management and negotiations, as needed.  Accounting oversight and reporting.

Operational Oversight
Business Plan performance and project execution including commercial and residential construction, land development, property management and other real estate related service operation oversight.  Providing collaborative leadership and direction for team members and accountability for performance, providing support and redirection as necessary.

Land Planning and Development Oversight
Asset Management Planning, Budgeting and Oversight; including working with team members through required public planning/platting, water and mineral right requirements, processing and bid, buyout and trade management of physical development work.  Land acquisition and sale coordination as needed.

Reporting and Availability
Dependent on Client needs and with team cooperation, can prepare/provide:  Weekly activity reports re:  land planning and development activity progress; sales, starts, closings and warranty service calls; Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting and summary of activities to Client/Board/Directors.  Consultant team available in person and/or telephone for meetings at client office, public hearings and other locations deemed necessary to efficiently and effectively manage the project to business plan and deadlines.
